Op COURAGE
Op COURAGE is an NHS service supported by trained professionals who are from, or have experience of working with, the Armed Forces community.
This service can help if you're finding life difficult after leaving the military. Working together with Armed Forces charities, Op COURAGE will help you get the right type of specialist care, support and treatment for your specific needs.
COMBAT STRESS HELPLINE
A team of specially-trained professionals are available day and night to provide free confidential advice and support. We’re here for you whether you’re having a tough time, having trouble sleeping, experiencing flashbacks, feeling depressed or anxious, or just feeling that something isn’t quite right.
If you’re a family member or carer worried about the mental health of a loved one, or need to talk to someone yourself, you can call the helpline too.

Over the last 30 years, the samaritans have continued developing our guides to support the media and others covering suicide.
